From Lamorinda to the East Bay, real estate professional Lori True has been conducting transactions that get her clients enviable results since exploding on the scene in 2005. A naturally inclined businesswoman, class is always in session when this former music educator is around because she is committed to elevating the lives of people around her in meaningful ways. “It’s a privilege to represent people through the largest financial decisions of their lives. My priority is earning my clients’ trust, which is why I promise to always be compassionate and keep their goals my priority,” she says. Her approach works — Lori ranked among the top 10 producers at her previous brokerage comprising over 200 agents.
A self-starter, Lori took full advantage of having a head start in the real estate industry from both parents working in it. She inherited a passion and knowledge for interior design from her mother, an interior designer, along with an affinity for rehabbing and flipping homes from her father, a developer. But before becoming a licensed agent, Lori gained plenty of relevant experience as an escrow and title representative. A person always focused on forwarding others’ best interests, she also helped people find creative solutions to avoid foreclosure in the 1990s.
Honesty and integrity are core to Lori’s being. As such, she’s a straight-shooter when it comes to helping people navigate the hypercompetitive market. With a talent for balancing expectations and fun, Lori goes the distance to ensure her clients’ initial nerves melt into excitement by providing a streamlined, stress-free process. And she remains at her clients’ disposal long after transactions close: Lori’s favorite perk of her job is continuing to be in her clients’ lives as a trusted resource, neighbor, and friend.
When Lori isn’t helping people find diamonds in the rough or freshly constructed homes, along with traveling, she enjoys writing and playing music. She shares with her college-sweetheart husband five wonderful children. In addition to her role as a real estate professional, she is grateful to be able to serve the open-hearted community she loves as a church minister.
