For over 30 years, Ken worked at his family's small printing equipment sales company, where he eventually became president. When the PDF overtook paper printing, his family decided to sell the business, and Ken took his 30 years of customer care, negotiating knowledge, and enthusiasm for sales to the real estate market and became a realtor.
 
Ken is a hard worker who works smartly for his clients. He studies the market, knows locals, local pricing, and real estate contracts. Throughout his career, he has built relationships with other professionals in financing, contracting, home inspecting, and other experts in fields often needed to complete a transaction.
 
Ken can start a conversation with anyone and is not shy to negotiate and fight for his client's best interests. He knows where to look to find you a home before it hits the market, and can help you sell that way too, if needed. Ken has experience listing and selling everything from burnt-out shells to complete teardowns to perfect-condition homes.
